Product Manager
Are you a passionate, user-obsessed Product Manager ready to shape the future of agricultural tech? Join us in building features that user love and help scale new verticals together!
In a nutshell 🥜
At Wikifarmer, we’re on a mission to democratize agriculture by empowering farmers around the world with the education, tools, and market access they need to thrive. As our platform evolves to meet growing global demand, we’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on turning vision into reality and data into meaningful impact.
In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for unlocking value in a key product vertical by improving user experience, measuring outcomes through clear KPIs, increasing delivery velocity, and supporting the company’s ability to scale.
This is a high-impact role where product thinking meets real-world outcomes. You’ll work cross-functionally, own your roadmap, and build features that drive outcomes for users across the agriculture value chain.
You’ll join a lean, ambitious, and mission-driven product team where ideas move fast, impact is visible, and experimentation is part of everyday work.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead one of our core product areas end to end, defining opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and guiding your roadmap from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with users, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to uncover pain points and transform insights into meaningful, validated solutions.
- Drive the product development process with engineering, design, and data, ensuring that every feature delivered adds clear value, aligns with company goals, and enhances user experience.
- Use data to inform and measure every decision, defining clear success metrics, running experiments, and learning quickly from results to continuously refine your approach.
- Build alignment across teams by communicating vision, context, and progress clearly, fostering a shared sense of purpose and momentum without relying on formal authority.
- Stay curious about emerging technologies, especially AI and agri-tech innovations, and explore how they can elevate product performance and unlock new opportunities.
- Embrace a 0-to-1 innovation mindset by turning ambiguity into action, testing ideas fast, validating assumptions, and iterating toward impactful solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and experimentation, helping the wider product team evolve its practices and continuously improve how we deliver value.
What you’ll bring to the table
- At least two years of experience in product management, with a track record of leading digital products from idea to measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to guide priorities, measure outcomes, and communicate results effectively.
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving real problems through validation, insight, and iteration.
- Experience collaborating across functions (design, engineering, commercial, operations) within remote or distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt your message for different audiences.
- A curious and growth-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, experimenting with new ideas, and learning quickly.
- Experience experimenting with or prototyping using AI tools to enhance user experience or product performance.
- A hands-on approach and genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Bonus points if you bring…
- Experience in agri-tech, food systems, marketplaces (B2B or B2C), or supply chain operations.
- Previous experience working in a startup or scale-up environment where autonomy and adaptability were essential.
- Passion for emerging technologies such as AI, automation, or data-driven products.
- An interest in building and improving product processes, from discovery practices to analytics frameworks.
- Multilingual skills or experience designing for global audiences.
What we can offer:
- A competitive fixed salary of €30-45k based on experience
- Private medical insurance for you and your family
- A collaborative team that values initiative, innovation, and ownership
- Real impact - your work will directly affect customer success, operational excellence and our ability to grow further
