As a senior leader at Wikifarmer, you will be at the forefront of brand building and customer acquisition, shaping the way we attract, engage, and retain our audience across the marketplace, pricing insights, library, and academy. This role is not limited to traditional marketing—it is about harnessing growth hacking strategies to find innovative, data-driven, and scalable ways to drive exponential growth.
Your influence will extend into product, sales, and beyond, ensuring every touchpoint of our growth strategy is aligned, optimised, and impactful. You will inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration while launching bold initiatives that accelerate brand visibility and customer conversion. By combining creativity with experimentation, you will turn growth hacking into a competitive edge—fueling Wikifarmer’s mission, strengthening our brand, and setting the course for our future success.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Build and execute marketing strategies that spark rapid customer growth and elevate Wikifarmer’s brand visibility.
- Lead compelling campaigns—online and offline—to drive engagement and measurable results.
- Oversee all content strategy, making Wikifarmer the go-to authority with high-impact, repeatable formats.
- Engineer delightful, memorable journeys at every customer touchpoint.
- Accelerate digital channel performance—SEO, SEM, social, and more—for qualified leads and sales.
- Generate a steady pipeline of top-quality leads, optimising cost per MQL.
- Drive non-marketplace revenue and expand reach for Wikifarmer’s library, academy, and insights products.
- Launch new content ideas and grow Wikifarmer’s library impact with authoritative, audience-winning concepts.
- Promote and curate high-quality user-generated content to strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
- Uncover and scale bold growth hacks across all Wikifarmer business lines (marketplace, insights, library, academy).
- Inspire teams in both marketing and the library, nurturing high performance and collaboration.
- Direct budget and resource decisions to maximise ROI across every marketing initiative.
Experience and Requirements needed to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling a platform from scratch within a startup environment, either as a founder or as a marketing leader with significant ownership.
- Extensive digital marketing expertise, with hands-on experience across all major acquisition channels in marketplaces, SaaS, or tech settings.
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams.
- Deep experience in CRM strategy and execution, ideally in high-growth or product-led contexts.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in an additional language is highly valued with Spanish preferred.
- UK or EU based
“Nice to have” experience:
- Industry expertise within food, agriculture, or related verticals.
- Proven success managing both online and offline marketing channels.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot.
- Experience implementing AI-driven marketing automations and tools.

- Salary is dependent on location and experience: For the UK from ÂŁ85k per year + 10% performance based bonus, which is adjusted accordingly for other locations.
