We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Operations Specialist to join our team and become the connective link across departments, partners, and platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of orders, from creation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth coordination at every stage
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, buyers, transport companies, and internal teams (Commercial, Accounting, Logistics, Quality Assurance), ensuring alignment and proactive problem-solving
• Ensure full compliance and documentation, including the accurate and timely upload of delivery notes, invoices, CMRs, and finalization of orders post-delivery
• Utilise HubSpot to drive task ownership, streamline coordination, and enhance visibility across the team
• Proactively monitor and manage order progress, anticipating roadblocks, flagging issues early, and coordinating solutions to avoid operational disruptions
• Continuously optimise logistics and supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to reduce turnaround times, increase transparency, and automate repetitive tasks where possible

What you'll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally in fast-paced or tech environments
• Proven ability to analyse and streamline workflows, with a track record of reducing friction, automating manual tasks, and improving order accuracy and speed
• Proficient in using CRM systems to manage operational processes; experience with HubSpot is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, structured, and dependable, you keep complex processes under control while ensuring no steps are missed
• Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
• Data-savvy and solutions-driven, with the ability to spot inefficiencies and drive improvements independently
• Tech-comfortable and curious, you learn new systems quickly and bring a continuous improvement mindset to your work
• Fully fluent in Spanish and English
